Kid's Love Peanut Butter!

It tastes good and is good for them and you!  Peanut butter is a great source of protein and iron.  Small children are growing fast.  They need plenty of protein and iron to grow healthy and strong.

Peanut butter can be used instead of meat at meals.  Your child needs to eat only 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to get the same amount of protein as in 1 ounce of meat!

Peanut butter can be used to make quick lunches and snacks for school.  Try a variety of peanut butter sandwiches.

Bake with peanut butter to make granola and bars.  Use peanut butter for a dip for raw veggies, such as carrots, celery, cucumber and zucchini sticks.
