2 cans
lite sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 cups lemon juice
1 egg
1 pie crust
Meringue:
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly bake pie crust and set aside.
Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice then add the egg.
Mix well. Add mixture to the pie crust. Place the egg
whites, sugar and cream of tartar in another bowl. Whip with mixer until
the egg whites form peaks. Place meringue over pie, and bake in
oven until meringue is lightly browned.
