Use the above columns to determine income eligibility as follows:

  • Column 1 - Other Healthy Kids - Age 16-18
  • Column 2 - Healthy Kids Expansion - Age 16-18 and Other Healthy Kids Age 1 - 16
  • Column 3 - Healthy Kids for pregnant women and children under age 1.
  • Column 4 - Qualified Disabled Working Individuals and MIChild
