Permit Process

Applications for food service establishments, on-site sewage, water wells and tattoo parlors may be obtained from the Environmental Health (EH) Division office.  The EH Division staff can provide information on the procedure to obtain swimming pool, spa, campground or subdivision plat and site condominium review applications.
