Food Service Sanitation

The Marquette County Environmental Health Division
provides all licensing and inspection services to facilities that serve food for public
consumption in accordance with Michigan's Food Law of 2000. The primary purpose of
the program is to prevent foodborne illness.
Services include:
Plan Reviews for all New or Extensively Changed Facilities
Investigations of Foodborne Illnesses
Consultations
Food Service Sanitation Classes, offered quarterly free of charge
Educational Materials for Loan
