Special Transitory Food Unit (STFU)

All STFU license holders must file the attached Notification of Intent to Operate a Special Transitory Food Unit (STFU) with any local health department in which you propose to operate outside of the regulatory authority which approved your license. This form must be received by the local health department where you propose to operate at least four (4) days prior to the event.
