After the fluoride varnish treatment, you may notice a difference in tooth color while the varnish remains on your child's teeth. Your child may also notice a "coating" over the teeth. To obtain the MAXIMUM BENEFIT, please leave the varnish on the treated teeth and follow the instructions listed above.
After the treatment period is complete, thorough brushing and flossing will remove any remaining varnish. Your child's teeth will look the same as they did before the treatment.
