The 2007 Marquette County Health Department Board of Health members are happy to receive certification for the Michigan Local Public Health Accreditation Program. The Accreditation Program is required for all local health departments in Michigan and is completed on a three year cycle.

The Marquette County Board of Health has established a schedule for it's monthly meetings for the 2008 calendar year as indicated below.  Unless otherwise noted, all meetings will be held in Room 231 of the Henry A. Skewis Courthouse Annex, Marquette, Michigan.

The official office for the Board of Health is the Marquette County Health Department, 184 U.S. Highway 41 East, Negaunee, Michigan   49866.  

If a regularly scheduled meeting is not held because of inclement weather, or cancelled, the meeting will automatically be scheduled the following week on the same weekday and at the same time.
